  NEWS : BSNL dataone broadband with 8 MBPS HOME users plan !! Internet | (3)

  Yes....buckle up your seatbelt boys and gals....BSNL is going for KILLING SPREE at last. Yes, I got the news from one of the officer of BSNL kolkata himself today (who is my friend's uncle, btw.) BSNL has released the order to increase the speed in every major Cities. They took time to build up their entire system. SPEED will be bloody 8MBPS atlast! the home plans: 250rs=upto 8mbps 500rs=upto 8mbps 900ul=upto 2mbps Dunno about download limitation. ITS NOT RUMOR. It'll take them 1and half to 2months to finally release the ultimatum for Indians. Cheers..... (news from my orkut friend) On other hand BSNL is also working on IP-TV,multiplay broadband,Online gaming soon

  Command for resetting Dataone routers Internet | (0)

  This was one of my friends question about his BSNL dataone router/modem. let us assume you can use ms dos for resetting the router, what command would you use? ms dos expired before routers were born, hence there is no command for the same in it. as far as i know, there are no command line prompts from resetting routers, regardless of the o/s. on the other hand you can access your router through the `telnet' command and then change the parameters but why take the trouble, when the reset button at the back is provided just for that?   I have BSNL broadband internet connection at my home. I always use to do some hacks to speed up my internet connection.Just for curiosity i opened my ADSL router (which many people call modem). Note: If your have problem related to ADSL Link Look at this post, which will give your trick to make your ADSL Link constant.
