This is a piece of software I am using from day 1 of my blogging.For a HTML/CSS newbie it makes the formatting a piece of cake.And yes..it also supports All In One SEO with some tricks.
Sorry to say..but this WLW is definitely not new.Labnol posted about it in year 2007.

I’ve been using Windows Live Writer for over 6 months now. I’ve found it to be great. I do agree, that you still have to make visits back to the dashboard quite often, and it would be nice if there was more you could do from the desktop tool instead, in terms of administration.
Dont quote me, but i did hear that MS had actually abandoned further development on this software. Which is a real shame.
