Many times these error occurs due to incorrect placements of tags. So it is human error.Even if we forgot to add some closing tags..some times few tags encloses other tags so it becomes difficult to have some automated tool for this purpose. But still i think we should find it. So I'll be looking forward to have some automated process for correcting the output html according to XHTML standards and will then try to integrate it into some plugin as a filter for the site....
