How about Magic ISO???
It let you create bootable discs with the menu you create, and it let you play with the iso images of discs, and have all the features of CDBurnerXP but its only 2.6MB download size.
But let me assure you that these softwares only provides basic features whereas nero is a complete multimedia package which can let you do a more than you ever thought it does like DJ mixing of songs, record directly on dvds from dv cassete handycams, support to convert videos into player recognizable format, and a lot more that I use in my day to day life. For those who just write cds, these softs are more than just OK but for those who want to have everything in control, nero is a better option.

We are not talking about piracy here :* i discovered this software.. Didn’t I tell you about it chetan bro? ….My old computer had only 20GB harddrive and I used to burn disks only 2-3 times a month. Do you think I need a bloatware such as nero to do that. Nero is famous because it comes with the CD Drive and every average joe uses it, only geeks like us search for alternative.

Yes,Vinit itself told me about this software. Nero is popular bcoz of there marketing strategy and not due to its usefullness.

I wont use this freeware since i already have nero and use a few features this doesn’t have. But had i needed one id def go for it. You gotta love it when ppl work so whe can use their product for free. So dnt complain whens last time you handed out software and helped ppl around the world? TY will recommend this if u dnt have nero or dnt understand what you hyave, lol.
